Blue District has a very diverse menu, including Mediterranean and oriental dishes from a number of Blue Zones. In addition, the team of chef Harrit Tolsma organizes a 10-day theme every quarter outside the menu. During these ten days, our guests enjoy specially composed dishes that match the theme.
